A: Yes, all our instructors are highly qualified. They hold certifications from recognized bodies such as NROC (National Registry of Coaches), ensuring they meet high standards for coaching and safety, along with life-saving qualifications.

A: To ensure quality instruction and safety, our group classes have a low student-to-coach ratio. For Kids Group Lessons, the maximum is typically 8 to 10 students.

Q: How do I know which class level is right for me or my child?

A: We offer a free assessment or require a detailed self-assessment during registration to place the student in the correct level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) based on their current water confidence and skills.

Q: How are fees paid and when are they due?

A: Fees are paid monthly in advance by the 1st of the preceding month. Payment can usually be made via PayNow/bank transfer.

A: If a student misses a scheduled group lesson, we offer a complimentary make-up lesson provided you notify us 24 hours in advance. Make-up lessons are subject to availability in other suitable classes and must be utilized within the current month.

A: Since our lessons are conducted in a fully sheltered pool, we are generally not affected by rain or lightning, and lessons will proceed as scheduled. No make-up lessons are provided for bad weather.

A: No, lessons are not conducted on official Singapore Public Holidays. The missed lesson is not eligible for a make-up lesson or refund as it is factored into the overall monthly pricing structure.

Q: What should my child/I bring to the lesson?

A: Students should bring their own swimsuit/trunks, goggles, a swimming cap (mandatory for long hair), a towel, and sunblock (though our pool is sheltered, it's always good practice).

A: We conduct continuous proficiency assessments and provide feedback to students and parents regularly. Upon demonstrating mastery of the skills for their current level, students are promoted to the next class level.

A: This varies greatly for every child, depending on their confidence, water comfort, and consistency in attending lessons. On average, a child starting from zero confidence might take 3-4 terms or 1 year to achieve basic water safety and a functional stroke.
